“Order” refers to any confirmed service request submitted via website, phone, or email and validated by payment or deposit.
Refund Policy
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. A refund may be considered if the delivered work does not meet the documented requirements agreed upon at the time of order and remains unresolved after reasonable revision attempts.
Refunds will not be granted in cases involving custom or discounted packages, change of mind, lack of communication from the client for more than fourteen days, project delays caused by the client, unclear creative briefs, or violations of company policies.
If a delay occurs due solely to the Company and cannot be resolved after documented attempts, a partial refund may be issued. Once a project has been completed and approved by the client, no full refund will be provided. Any approved refund will be calculated proportionately based on the completed portion of the work.
